This is an appeal from an order denying appellants' motion to file claims and answers nunc pro tunc in connection with appellee's Petition for Exoneration From or Limitation of Liability. Appellants are Honduran seamen, who were crew members of the vessel "Drosia" which sank off Cape Hatteras on December 11, 1975. They claim to have sustained personal injuries as a result of the accident and seek recovery from appellee, Lampsis...
