Daisy Chambers was indicted and convicted for child abuse. Sentence was set at three years' imprisonment.

Two questions are presented on this appeal: (1) The constitutionality of Alabama's new child abuse law, Section 26-15-1 through Section 26-15-4, Code of Alabama 1975, and (2) the sufficiency of the indictment to charge an offense under that act.
