Susan Winfield, acting on behalf of her five-year-old son Eric, appeals a district court decision affirming a final determination by the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, denying Eric's claim for disability benefits under the Supplemental Security Income Program for the Aged, Blind and Disabled (SSI), 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381
