This declaratory judgment suit was filed by G. W. Holleyman in 1966 to annul a 1945 tax sale of an undivided one-half interest in five acres of land. Holleyman was record owner of the land at the time of the sale. Issue was joined, and the suit lay dormant until 1972 when further pleadings were filed and the litigation reactivated.
