Plaintiff Robert Brennan ("Brennan") brought this action to enforce an alleged oral agreement with a representative of defendant D. J. McNichol Company ("McNichol") providing for reinstatement of Brennan to his job as a truck driver employed by McNichol if certain conditions precedent were satisfied.
