This is an appeal from a judgment rendered on an adverse jury verdict which rejected appellant Larry Joseph Campbell's claim for damages for personal injury under the Jones Act and general maritime law. Campbell alleged that he was injured as the result of the alleged negligence of an employee of appellee Seacoast Products, Inc. (Seacoast) and the alleged unseaworthiness of a Seacoast vessel.
