Alvin Charles Sue was convicted of three counts of making false statements to federally insured credit associations to obtain monies in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1014. He was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and fined $5,000 on Count 1. On Counts 2 and 3 he was sentenced to imprisonment for two years, the sentences to run consecutive to the sentence imposed on Count 1 and concurrent with each other.
