This is a wrongful death action. The widow and minor son brought this suit against the City of Houston for the wrongful death of Jimmie Lee Bush. Trial was to a jury. The jury found that the death of Jimmie Lee Bush was proximately caused by the negligence of a city employee, while he was acting in the course and scope of his employment for appellant, the City of Houston, and absolved deceased from any negligence.
