The plaintiffs are the owners of premises located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Illinois Route 1 and Penn Street in Hoopeston, Illinois. From 1959 until November 6, 1973, the plaintiffs also owned and were the lessors of a building located on the premises. The plaintiffs' lessees used that building as an I.G.A. food store until the building was consumed...
