Defendant Theodore Roosevelt Jones appeals his jury conviction of one count of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, MCLA 750.84; MSA 28.279, and two counts of felonious assault, MCLA 750.82; MSA 28.277, for which he was sentenced to concurrent terms of two-to-four and five-to-ten years in prison.
