This action arises out of a real estate brokerage fee contract executed by plaintiff and Ivey M. Pulliam, defendant's deceased husband, on September 4, 1973. The agreement allegedly made plaintiff the exclusive agent to sell 100 acres in West Baton Rouge Parish for a period of two years ending September 4, 1975.
