This cause is before the Court on petition for writ of certiorari to review an order of the Industrial Relations Commission which affirmed the order of the Judge of Industrial Claims, holding the claimant Gardner was not entitled to the "catastrophic loss rate" for a period of six months as provided in Section 440.15(2)(c), Florida Statutes.
