Frankie Sepulvado was indicted for the crime of carnal knowledge of a juvenile in violation of La.R.S. 14:80.1 After trial by jury, he was found guilty as charged and was sentenced to serve three and a half years at hard labor. On appeal, defendant relies on nine assignments of error for reversal of his conviction and sentence.2
