Mr. JUSTICE ROMITI delivered the opinion of the court:

The defendant James Bland was indicted for murder and following a jury trial was convicted of voluntary manslaughter. Defendant was sentenced to a term of six years, eight months to 20 years. The sole issue on appeal is whether his guilt was established beyond a reasonable doubt.

We affirm.
