This appeal concerns an eminent domain action1 in the Circuit Court for Frederick County by which The Potomac Edison Company (the Company) obtained, by an easement in perpetuity, land in Frederick County owned by Donald M. Bouton and wife (Bouton)2 for the route of an overhead electric transmission line, designed to carry in excess of 69,000 volts,
