DANCY v. STATE

No. 77-69.

358 So.2d 60 (1978)

Ronald DANCY, Appellant, v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

Rehearing Denied May 19, 1978.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Bennett H. Brummer, Public Defender and Beth C. Weitzner, Asst. Public Defender, for appellant.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen. and Arthur Joel Berger, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Before HAVERFIELD, C.J., PEARSON, J., and CHARLES CARROLL (Ret.), Associate Judge.

PER CURIAM.

This appeal has been accepted by this court as a belated appeal pursuant to Baggett v. Wainwright, 229 So.2d 239 (Fla. 1969). The point presented urges error upon the admission of testimony which indicated defendant's involvement in a prior crime. We hold that the testimony met the test of relevancy set forth by the Supreme Court of Florida in Williams v. State, 110 So.2d 654
