Keith James Parkinson appeals from the judgments of conviction entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County) after jury verdicts of guilty on each count of a three-count indictment, the first count charging an attempt to break and enter the apartment of Omer Breau and Connie Breau at 120 Dartmouth Street, in Portland, with intent to steal therefrom in violation of 17 M.R.S.A., § 251,
