On June 28, 1977, Trooper Chester G. Corrigan of the Pennsylvania State Police observed a green Lincoln Continental automobile, displaying an expired Pennsylvania registration, traveling in the eastbound curb lane of I-76 between Gladwyne and City Line Avenue, this county. Trooper Corrigan stopped the vehicle and cited defendant John DeVoute for displaying an expired registration in violation of The Vehicle Code of April 29, 1959...
