This is an appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed September 21, 1977, which found claimant ineligible for benefits.

The claimant became unemployed in August of 1976 and he had used up his normal New York State benefits as of the time when he was initially disqualified from benefits for the week commencing June 13, 1977. The claimant was determined ineligible...
