This is an action to enjoin the appellant Meidinger's operation of an auto salvage (or junk yard) on land lying within the three-mile territorial jurisdiction of the City of Aberdeen, Brown County, South Dakota, and zoned agricultural under an Aberdeen City Ordinance.
