The sole issue presented for review is whether there was sufficient evidence to support the jury's verdict of guilty.

There is no serious dispute that the evidence adduced at this trial, circumstantial or otherwise, demonstrated beyond a reasonable doubt that a burglary and attempted theft had taken place at the Liberty Pharmacy in the early hours of January 2, 1975.
