This is a bankruptcy case. Arthur Larry Winters and Patricia Ann Winters, appearing pro se, filed a petition for bankruptcy with the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. They listed as a creditor one Merlin Wilke. The Winters were thereafter adjudicated bankrupt and obtained a stay order. Wilke then filed a complaint with the bankruptcy court wherein he sought a determination that Winters' indebtedness to him...
