The principal issue in this appeal from multiple firearms convictions requires review of the district court's evidentiary rulings on the relevancy and prejudicial effect of "other acts" evidence which we recently discussed en banc in United States v. Beechum, 582 F.2d 898 (5th Cir. 1978). The defendant also attacks a portion of the judge's charge to the jury which modified the reasonable doubt...
