This is an action commenced by the government in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri to compel Patrick R. Faltico, a Kansas City attorney and business man, to comply fully with a subpoena duces tecum requiring him to appear and give a deposition and to bring with him books and records of a defunct Illinois corporation known as Top Value Meats, Inc.
