This is an appeal by Clovis Carl Green, Jr., an inmate of the Missouri State Penitentiary, which is located at or near Jefferson City, Missouri, from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri (District Judge Russell G. Clark) holding Green guilty of criminal contempt of the district court in that he willfully violated an injunction issued by that court in 1976 restraining him from "writ writing" activities...
