Joseph Sanfilippo is before this court for a second time stemming from various charges that he participated in the possession and distribution of cocaine.1 The background of this case is set out in United States v. Sanfilippo, 564 F.2d 176 (5th Cir.1977), in which we reversed and remanded for a new trial because the government permitted false testimony to go uncorrected to the jury....
