Defendant was convicted of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, a violation of La.R.S. 40:966. He was sentenced to serve four years at hard labor; the sentence was suspended on the condition that he serve one year in the parish prison, enter a drug rehabilitation program, and be placed on supervised probation for four years.
