This is a boundary action. Plaintiff seeks to have established the common boundary between a parcel of land owned by him and property located south thereof owned by defendant, Dalton Morvant. In addition, plaintiff seeks to have established the boundary between three other tracts of land located south of the Morvant tract, which tracts together with the Young and Morvant tracts originally comprised a 41 acre tract.
