This is a petition, originally filed in the Tax Court, for redetermination of the excessive profits of a joint venture for its accounting year ended December 31, 1963. The Renegotiation Board determined by unilateral order that petitioner realized excessive profits in the amount of $1,200,000, before tax credits, and ordered elimination of that amount under 50 U.S.C.
