We have before us consolidated appeals from summary judgments granted the defendants in two lawsuits. In each suit, the same plaintiffs charged a different set of defendants (two real estate brokers and certain individual salespersons) with illegally "steering" prospective homebuyers to differing residential areas in the vicinity of Bellwood, Illinois, on the basis of their race, in violation of the Fair Housing Act of 1968, 42 U.S.C. § 3601...
