Pierce, United States District Judge, Southern District of New York, of conspiracy to possess, barter and sell, and the actual possession, barter and sale, of a one million dollar United States Treasury bill, knowing it to have been stolen from a bank, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371, and 18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(c)1 and 2....
