Vasquez to possess heroin with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C., §§ 841(a)(1), 846; Count 2, aiding and abetting Enrique Ramirez in the distribution of 12.1 grams of heroin to Russell Reina, 21 U.S.C., § 841(a)(1).
