In this diversity damage suit plaintiff Levina Pittman Walker appeals from a directed verdict in favor of defendant Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company. Plaintiff is the administratrix of the estate of her son, Louis Pittman, who was killed when the vehicle he was driving was struck by one of defendant's trains at a railroad crossing in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.
