This patent suit concerning servomechanisms presents several separate issues. Trial Judge Colaianni has filed a thorough and careful report giving his rulings and finding the relevant facts. Plaintiff has sought review of significant parts (but not of all) of the adverse aspects of the trial judge's decision, and the defendant asks review of all the decision adverse to it.
