HENRY, Chief Justice.

This civil action involves the right of an unlicensed general contractor, dealing with the owner of property, to recover from the owner for the value of his services. The trial judge sustained the owner's motion for summary judgment; the Court of Appeals reversed and remanded. We are of the view that this controversy is controlled by Farmer v.
