This appeal is from the trial judge's dismissal of plaintiff's suit for wrongful eviction from leased premises and for illegal seizure and tortious conversion of certain movable property located on the premises. As plaintiff's pleadings were vulnerable to exceptions of vagueness, three amendments were required to state a clear and valid cause of action. In the original petition and first two amendments, only the wrongful seizure of plaintiff's property...
