ODOM, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for voluntary manslaughter obtained on an indictment charging murder. Punishment was assessed by the jury at 20 years and a $5,000 fine.

In two grounds of error appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to show voluntary manslaughter. Specifically, he argues there is no evidence that he was acting under the immediate influence of sudden...
