Albert Want, the plaintiff in the trial court, appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis entered after the respondents' motion for judgment on the pleadings had been sustained on the grounds that the five year statute of limitations, § 516.120 RSMo. 1969 had run and the cause of action was thereby barred. The central issue is whether plaintiff's Third Amended Petition, filed on March 13, 1975, relates back to the commencement...
