Appellant appeals a summary judgment rendered in favor of appellees by the Boone Circuit Court.

Appellant Parton, administrator of the estate of Robert Schindhelm, brought suit against Eileen Franklin Oates, James Drew and Darnell Drew for alleged conversion of personal and real property of decedent Schindhelm.
