The Arkansas Pharmacists Association and one individual pharmacist sued the Division of Social Services of the Department of Human Services of the State of Arkansas challenging procedures and payments to certain pharmacists who are entitled to reimbursement for dispensing prescriptions as part of the Medicaid Prescription Drug Program.
