In this suit against the corporate defendants Marquis1 alleged that the manner in which they terminated his Dodge dealership violated the Automobile Dealers' Day in Court Act [15 U.S.C. §§ 1221-1225], the Sherman Act [15 U.S.C. §§ 1-7], and the Robinson-Patman Act [15 U.S.C. §§ 13, 13a, 13b, 13c & 21a].
