Plaintiffs allege that the defendants misrepresented or omitted material facts in connection with the sale of the lots to Minnesota residents. Plaintiffs have sued defendants on their own behalf and seek to maintain a class action on behalf of all Minnesota residents who purchased lots from the defendants...
