On January 3, 1974, the State appropriated a permanent easement for a stream channel along the entire easterly portion of claimant's property, located on Main Street in the Village of Unadilla, New York. The easement takes 43 feet along Main Street on the eastern side of claimant's frontage and extends some 290 feet along claimant's property, encompassing some .162 acre.
