Richard William Brady has filed a petition for writ of certiorari seeking review of a judgment by the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Birmingham Division. Brady contends that he is entitled to relief from a judgment which held him in contempt of court for failure to pay alimony and child support as previously ordered by the circuit court.
