HARBISON, Justice.

This case arises under the transfer provisions of the Tennessee Teachers' Tenure Act, T.C.A. § 49-1411. Appellant was transferred by the Board of Education, upon recommendation and with concurrence of the Superintendent of Schools, from a position as a full-time principal of a large elementary school to that of principal and teacher at a smaller elementary school in the system. He received the same base salary in the new position...
