On December 12, 1975, defendant was convicted by an Oakland County Circuit Court jury of first-degree murder, contrary to MCLA 750.316; MSA 28.548. On January 15, 1976, defendant was sentenced to life in prison with credit for 411 jail days served. Defendant appeals as of right.
