This is an action for wrongful death. In 1977 a jury returned a $15,000 verdict for plaintiff, Estate of McClellan, and defendant, Estate of Boigenzahn, appeals from the judgment entered on the verdict and from a denial of its motion for judgment n.o.v. and for a new trial.
