Plaintiff, Akinori Echizenya, filed this suit against Joseph Armenio and Mrs. Joseph Armenio1 for personal injuries sustained by him in a shooting incident on February 15, 1975 in front of a restaurant owned and operated by Mr. Armenio and his partner, Rudolfo Toschi. Defendants' answer denies liability and pleads self defense on behalf of Joseph Armenio.
