The National Labor Relations Board ("the Board") seeks enforcement of its order that Arthur Collier Electric Company ("Collier Electric") recall Odis Brinkley and Vester Havard to the first journeyman electricians' jobs for which they are qualified, make Brinkley and Havard whole for loss of earnings, cease and desist from interfering with, restraining, or coercing employees in the exercise of their section 7 rights, and post appropriate notices...
