This is an appeal by the plaintiff from the granting of the defendants' motion to dismiss on the ground of res judicata. We affirm.

On August 4, 1976 Geer Brothers, Inc. filed an action to recover damages sustained on account of losses due to a fire at their warehouse and business premises. Joined as defendants were Timothy P.
